Our latest figures – July 2023

We have over 322 working partnerships across the UK.
We have created a total of 950 partnerships since we were founded in 1990.
We currently have 93 applicants on our waiting list.

We have 69 puppies out with Puppy Parent volunteers and 15 dogs in advanced training at our National Training Centre in Leicestershire.
We have 10 broods and currently, 94% of puppies placed with puppy parents are bred by Canine Partners, the remaining are from other ADUK charities.
From the amazing dogs we train, 60% of them become fully-qualified jacketed canine partner assistance dogs and 40% become either Pet Assisted Living (PALs) dogs helping their partner around the home, Family Support Dogs (FSDs) as a well-trained pet in the home of a family where someone has a disability, or they have a career change within Canine Partners as a canine partner mum, Dog Ambassador, or an Applicant Assessment Dog.
We have a total of 6 dual dogs across the UK.
We receive no government funding and rely on donations from the public, businesses and charitable trusts and legacies.
We are accredited members of Assistance Dogs UK and Assistance Dogs International.
