Before you order

We would like to let you know that we’re currently working on refreshing our brand. This will include updates to elements such as our logo and overall visual identity. The changes will be introduced in early 2026. You will still be able to wear any clothes you purchase in the current style, but we will encourage everyone to transition to the new branded clothing to maintain a consistent look across the team. More details will follow in due course, but we wanted to share this early so you can plan accordingly.

Alphabet cannot accept refunds / exchanges on any items due to being produced on demand and personalised with Canine Partners branding.
