Meet Sarah and Flora

Hello, I am Flora a yellow Labrador x Golden Retriever.  I started my role in Canine Partner’s as a jacketed dog and I had a wonderful partnership. Sadly my partners health declined and they made the very selfless decision to return me to Canine Partners to ensure my wellbeing needs were met. Canine Partners felt that as I was a maturer lady it was best to rehome me and join the Dog Ambassador Team. I adore meeting people but enjoy the laid back life, which I how I met my wonderful new handler.

Sarah has been involved in with Canine Partners for a wonderful 13 years. She began has an Advanced Training Fosterer and then partnership fostering. Sarah has had two wonderful Dog Ambassadors before me, Hamlet – a very handsome Flat Coat and a gorgeous charming Golden Retriever called Penny. Sarah and I found each other at the perfect time and we are now out and about spreading the word of Canine Partners and loving every minute. Sarah says, “I love everything about my involvement with Canine Partners. Long may my volunteer time continue”

I love doing taking my bowl of the cupboard – I will be honest it is in hope it will get filled with food!

When I am not raising awareness and raising vital funds at event my favourite thing to do is to have plenty of cuddles, walks and of course food (I am half Labrador after all!)
