Our Southern Training Centre in Heyshott was a much-loved part of Canine Partners for more than 20 years, and we’re incredibly proud of everything that was achieved there. As our work has evolved, we made the decision to close the centre in June 2023 and focus on our modern facility in the Midlands, now called the National Training Centre, and our community groups. This decision has already helped us grow our services and strengthen our financial position. 

The sale proceeds represent a real opportunity to secure our future and help even more disabled people. Over the summer, we will be developing plans to make sure we use this investment in the best way possible for our mission. 

We’re excited about what lies ahead. We’re planning new projects that will increase our reach and deepen our impact, all while staying true to our commitment to every partnership we create. This is the start of an exciting new chapter of sustainable growth.
